How much does the pick-up and delivery service cost?

 The service fee is $30–$45 and must be paid in advance.

What does the pick-up service include?

We offer standard pick-up (next business day) and on-demand pick-up (same day within a 2-hour window).

What types of items can I send?

We accept up to 10 items, including shoes, handbags, garments, and small leather goods. For larger orders or furniture, please email us.

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we deliver in Toronto and Ontario for $18–$20. All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, it will be rescheduled with a redelivery fee. For other parts of Canada and the U.S., we ship via UPS with flat rates.

How long does delivery take?

 We prepare local deliveries and shipments within 1–2 business days. No same-day outgoing delivery.

How can I make a payment?

 Use our secure online payment form or pay at the store. If you have questions, please email us or contact the location where you dropped off your items.
